Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of Open Studio, including chat, agent workflows, file analysis, image generation, and any other AI-assisted features we provide.

You are responsible for the prompts, files, instructions, and other content you submit, and for how you use any outputs generated through the service.

Prohibited content and behavior

You may not use Open Studio to create, request, upload, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or unsafe.

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, sexually suggestive, fetish, or adult content.
• Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors, or content that attempts to sexualize minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, voyeuristic content, sexual deepfakes, or image manipulation intended to harass, exploit, or humiliate a person.
• Impersonation, deceptive synthetic media, or deepfake content that misleads people about a real person's identity, consent, speech, or actions.
• Graphic violence, terrorism, extremist recruitment, credible threats, harassment, hate, or targeted abuse.
• Self-harm instructions, illegal activity, weapons misuse, fraud, phishing, malware, credential theft, or attempts to evade security controls.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy rights, exposes personal data, or breaks applicable law.
• Attempts to bypass, disable, probe, or defeat moderation systems, safety controls, rate limits, payment controls, or access restrictions.

AI image generation

Image prompts and related instructions may be screened by automated safety systems before generation. We may block prompts, refuse outputs, remove generated content, or restrict accounts when content appears to violate this policy.

Do not use the service as a way to generate adult, exploitative, deceptive, or non-consensual visual content, or as a way to bypass safety filters used by Open Studio or its service providers.

User responsibilities

• Only upload content that you have the right to use.
• Review AI outputs before relying on, publishing, or sharing them.
• Do not present AI outputs as professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice without qualified review.
• Do not use automated access, scraping, or high-volume workflows in a way that harms the service or other users.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse, block requests, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, terminate access, or report unlawful activity when appropriate.

If you believe your content was blocked in error, contact support@openstudio.chat with relevant context. We do not guarantee that blocked content will be restored.
