Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Open Studio. By using the service, creating an account, purchasing credits, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
• You may not share credentials, resell access, abuse free usage, or bypass access controls.
• We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create operational, security, legal, or compliance risk.

Credits, subscriptions, and billing

Credits are product usage units. They are not a stored-value wallet, bank balance, cash equivalent, or redeemable currency.

Paid plans may include monthly credits and higher usage capacity. Add-on credits may be purchased for extra usage when available. Prices, included credits, and plan limits are shown on the Pricing page.

Subscriptions renew for the selected billing interval unless canceled. You can manage invoices, payment methods, and subscription cancellation through the billing portal when available for your account.

If you cancel a subscription, your paid plan access generally continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated during checkout.

For billing issues or refund requests, contact support@openstudio.chat. Credits already consumed by successful usage are generally not refundable. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case and may be limited by payment processor, tax, and fraud-prevention requirements.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, sexual, exploitative, infringing, or unsafe content or activity.

You may not request, generate, upload, publish, or distribute NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, sexually suggestive, fetish, adult, or minor-exploitative content. This prohibition applies to AI image prompts, chat instructions, generated outputs, galleries, examples, and any content you attempt to route through the service.

You may not use the service for non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, face-swap, face-manipulation, impersonation abuse, deceptive synthetic media, violence, terrorism, illegal activity, malware, phishing, fraud, infringement, privacy violations, or attempts to bypass moderation and safety systems.

We screen AI image prompts before generation. A prompt blocked or flagged by our safety systems or compliance providers will not be forwarded to an image model, and failures in safety review may temporarily block generation rather than allowing unsafe traffic through.

We may use automated and manual safety measures to block requests, remove content, restrict features, or suspend access when content appears to violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

User content and AI outputs

You retain your rights in prompts, files, instructions, and other content you submit. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to submit that content.

Subject to these Terms, you may use outputs generated for you, but you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or sharing them. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use.

Do not rely on outputs as professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other expert advice without review by a qualified professional.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an evolving basis. Features, models, prices, limits, and availability may change. We may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the service where needed for security, compliance, provider availability, maintenance, or business reasons.

Service operation and third-party providers

Open Studio provides AI-assisted chat, agent workflows, file analysis, image generation, and related productivity features. The product may route requests to third-party AI model services and infrastructure providers to generate responses and outputs.

Open Studio is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Google, or any other model provider unless expressly stated.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or unauthorized access arising from your use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service, law, or business requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page.
